Terms of enrolment

These terms apply when you book any course with Brackwell Code School (Brackwell Code School Ltd, company 00000000, registered in England and Wales). By paying a deposit or a course fee you agree to them.
Booking and deposits
A bootcamp seat is held by a £500 deposit, which is deducted from the course fee. Seats are confirmed in the order deposits are received. Code Foundations is paid in full on booking.
Instalments
If you pay in instalments, the balance is split into up to ten equal monthly payments starting on the first day of your course. Instalments are interest-free. If a payment is missed we will contact you before taking any other step.
Cancelling and leaving
- You may cancel within 14 days of booking for a full refund, including the deposit, provided the course has not started.
- If you leave in the first two weeks of a bootcamp, everything except the deposit is refunded.
- After week two you pay for the weeks you attended, calculated by the day, and may rejoin a later cohort at the same unit, free, within 12 months.
If we change or cancel a cohort
If we move a start date by more than two weeks or cancel a cohort, you may move to another cohort or take a full refund, including the deposit.
Certificates and assessment
Certificates of completion are issued when every checkpoint has been signed off. Where a course is assessed by [awarding body], their own terms also apply.
Conduct
We expect everyone in the studio and on calls to treat each other with respect. We may suspend a student whose behaviour puts others at risk, after a conversation with them.
