What the 4 weeks look like
Foundations exists because the most common question we get is “how do I know if this is for me?” Four Wednesday evenings is enough to find out, and costs a lot less than finding out in week three of a bootcamp.
Week one is how the web works and your first HTML page. Week two is CSS, and making that page look like something you would show people. Week three is a first taste of JavaScript: making the page respond when someone clicks. Week four is publishing it, with a short review from a mentor of what you made.
You will not be job-ready after four weeks, and we will not pretend you are. You will know whether you enjoy the work, and you will have finished the prep pack that the bootcamp interview asks for. If you join a bootcamp within six months, the £395 comes off your fees.
